Day 4: Be Accountable

Our next assignment is a quick one, but one that is sometimes challenging: Find someone to hold you accountable to your habit change. Telling someone what you are up to will not guarantee success, but you’re more likely to keep at it if someone knows what you’re up to.

I’ve attempted to make changes before and kept it a secret. Mostly those attempts were failures. I’ve also failed with accountability, but not as often. When it’s you’re little secret, it’s so much easier to make excuses to quit or cheat.

Ideally, you should find someone who wants to change a habit right along with you. You can work together and challenge and encourage one another.

So, that’s it for today. Find a friend to chase after you! 😉
